WELCOME
 With a background in teaching, working with adults and children, I am very aware of the pressures and expectations of everyday life. I have spent many years working with children, (including those with Special Educational Needs), parents, adult literacy students and professionals in education. I have been privileged to meet people with a wide range of skills and abilities from a variety of backgrounds. This experience has enabled me to develop my awareness of the needs of the individual, both at a personal and professional level.
I discovered Reiki and EFT after a long period of physically challenging problems. Through self-treatment my health and well-being have improved dramatically and I have gained a greater sensitivity to what life has to offer and how wonderful it can be.
I became a Reiki Master/Teacher in 2006 and am a member of the UK Reiki Federation. I qualified as an EFT Level 2 Practitioner in 2007 and am a member of the Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques (AAMET). I have an MA in Education. I continue to attend courses in healing and self-development.
