WELCOME
Reiki is taught in three stages: Shoden (Reiki
1), Okuden (Reiki 2) and Shinpiden (Reiki Master/Teacher) Degrees.
As Reiki is a life-changing journey I believe
it should not be rushed or condensed into short programmes.
You can choose to stay at First Degree for
as long as you wish but most people do move on to Second Degree.
However, I would recommend that you wait for at least two months
before doing this. The time in between is to give you the chance
to get used to working with the energy, both on yourself and
others, as well as to fully assimilate the experience of Reiki
1.
I believe in a simple approach to Reiki and
my courses are held in a calm and supportive environment. There
will be a maximum of 4 students only. The day will be light hearted,
enjoyable and enlightening. I use a combination of home study
and a practical day-course in energy work, which I believe is
a more effective way to teach and learn.
